Sure, we want our food to be good. And yeah, cold beer always sells better than hot beer (unless you are across the pond). But the "EXPERIENCE" inside a Muddy Jake's is far more important than how good the burger is and just how cold we can get the beer. How good our customers feel when they leave will be the key to whether they come back. We want to make sure their tails are waggin'. 

So our manager's won't just "manage." We aren't looking for little Hitler's to run around and berate the staff, because the staff IS the experience. We are looking for LEADERS. We want our managers to embody the spirit of MJs, both in their actions and their leadership style. That means FUN. Come on, if you can't have fun at work, why do you even want to go?
